Is it the end?

How do you know when is the end of cycle in the financial markets.
Well………..you never know until we are after the bottom……and we haven't been there yet. On January 2007 I wrote ,watch out from stock exchange ,but it can take few months before it will go down.
The reason I said it was that almost everybody was sure money in on the floor, you just have to pick it. You can't loose on stocks, you can't loose on real estate…..SO easy to make money.
Every one knows what happened since than…………….so what's now? As in 2007 (but the opposite), everyone says how bad it will go, everybody is so pessimist………..guys, its TIME TO MOVE!!!
It still not the bottom BUT we are close. It can take few more months and one you see there no big changes in the markets, it seems not interesting, looks like a dead man cardio (-----------) , that’s the time to go in.
And of course, make sure you don't need the money for long time and be patient!!!! When there is blood on the street………….its time to make money!!!!

sometime your coach needs a coach

It's bizarre when the people you work with (as coach) are going through issues in their life that are the same issues you are going through at the same time.
Or maybe it isn't so strange? Maybe when they choose you, they see something in you that reflect something about their life?
Or maybe we all go through the same issues/problems?
The main problem as a coach is how to leave your "stories" a side, how to listen to them and not to yourself, and how to overcome your own judgment, points of view and believes.
The most "terrified" thing is to see your clients do the move, transform , move forward and you just stuck.
My advice my dear friends (coaches)………..renew your relations with your private coach.

sometimes cigar is just a cigar!

There are the three common (Men?) lies :………..the check is in the mail………….i called and there was no answer………..and the third that if you do know it,its ok, and if not…search for it:-)
I think there is in our digital world there is the forth one: " I sent you mail". Or "I didn't get your mail". During the last months I heard these sentences too much and I found my self saying it to people too many times.
last time it happened to me was this morning when I figure out I didn't hear from one of my CTI leaders about a meeting which I canceled and couldn't attend (sorry for this D.). I could hear in his SMS, that he is not quite sure I sent him cancellation mail.
Checked my sent mail and there it was…I did sent it and I do believe he didn't get it.
As I said I had plenty of these during the last month. My advices:
If this is important – double check if people got your mail, call .SMS, shout……….just double check.
Check your spam/junk folders…..i found there many interesting and important mails there.
Use gmail/hotmail/facebook.......as back up or secondary mail.

And if you do hear it again , try to believe, it does happen, mail sometimes doesn't arrive and no bounced message………..

small talk or inspiring talk

I don’t know if something changed in the world or something is being change in me or, as usual, both. I meet much more interesting people than I use to meet before and small talk is becoming inspiring talk.

I think of the last month when I was traveling (Amsterdam,NYC,Chicago and Boston) and participated in two conferences here in Israel ,the President conference and the IVC (Israeli venture capital) I discovered different people, interesting people who were not afraid to go out of their comfort zones.

If I am trying to count those interesting people , I think I met more than 10 new very interesting people and at least two old ones which I haven't seen for long time.

we all know those small talks meeting which we hate, and complain about.
What do we do in order to change them into interesting meetings? Usually nothing. We just complain on those "empty" and shallow meetings but we don't move them into interesting ones.
we might be too lazy or maybe afraid! Afraid of what they think of us, afraid of taking of our masks, afraid of getting hurt. I know, its business, its culture, its..............you name it. I think its fear!!
Look at people which we admire , they never reached their place by being too ordinary and boring (well, some did.........) , they DID.

Are we also so shallow? Well, we are part of these meeting and others probably say the same about us………

someone have to start it (and those wonderful people that I met , did it, or maybe we did it together) and we will rock the world. we can change the way people communicate, well, at least we can change the way we communicate………………

try to really speak with people, look inside their eyes, try to figure out what they really mean, listen more, speak less, look at the body language, listen to the surrounding, be curious to what they say, listen to your intuition, ask what you really want to know but with passion to the other , don't judge! each of us is different, and most important, don't fake because people see it easily!!

Life can be much simpler if we go with our feelings and not run a way from them,
